RETUNR & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation:
1.1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email to “Support@oakham.in” with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on our site. Alternatively you can call us on 8240686953 within the above mentioned timeframe.
1.2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he/she can raise a return/exchange request.
Exchange:
1.2. For Color/Size exchange request, you will have to pay the shipping cost of INR 100. Our customer success team will share details for payment over email/call.
1.3. In case, you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product for free of cost. Please note, such replacement will not include color/size exchange. For free replacement, we will send the product with same color and size.
Return:
1.2. The return is free and no money will be demanded by Oakham Clothing Line.
Refund:
1.2. For COD (Cash on delivery) orders, our team will reach out to you to know your bank account details to process the refund. Please note, our only email ID is “support@oakham.in” and only phone number is 8240686953. If you are contacted from a different number, please report to us immediately for necessary action.
